How can I pay for my bookings?

Several payment methods are available to you on IberostarPRO: bank transfer, the agency’s credit/debit card and the customer’s debit/credit card. To find out more about each of these options, click on the “More information” button under each payment method in the booking process.

How do I get my commission?

If you pay for your bookings with the agency’s credit/debit card or by bank transfer, you will pay the net amount of the booking, so you will receive your commission at the same time as you pay for the booking. If you have chosen to pay with the customer’s credit/debit card, you will receive your commission by cheque or bank transfer after your customer has checked out.

What is a promotional code, what is it for and how do I use it?

With a promotional code you can offer your customers additional benefits such as discounts and added value.
How do I use it?
If you already have a code, just enter it in the “promotional code” box and start the booking process. If the booking meets the conditions for the code, the promotion will automatically be applied to the booking. 
• The promotional code only applies to the accommodation and board element of your booking, not to any additional products.
• Only one promotional code can be applied per booking and it cannot be combined with other offers. 
• In addition to the general conditions of use, each code is associated with particular conditions that you can check on the specific page relating to the offer. 

What is the “Best Online Price Guaranteed”?

IberostarPRO always offers you the best price available for Iberostar hotels. If you or your customers find a lower price on any other website or channel, contact your sales representative or our Contact Centre and we will match it if applicable.

What are the benefits of Online Check-in?

Completing the Online Check-in through IberostarPRO before your customers arrive at the hotel allows them to start enjoying their stay much sooner. Customers who have already completed the Online Check-in only have to present themselves at the “Priority Check-in” desk, where they will be handed the key to their room, thus avoiding the usual check-in process.

Can I choose the exact room my customers will stay in at the hotel?

With My Room Online, if you book through IberostarPRO, you can choose the exact room your customers will stay in for free. Do they prefer being near the pool or the beach? Offer them the room that best suits their holiday needs.
This service is available on your list of bookings in My Bookings, within My IberostarPRO.

Group bookings

IberostarPRO allows you to make small group bookings (up to 9 rooms). For more information about how we manage groups, click here.

Customer vouchers

Your customer vouchers can be downloaded from your list of bookings in My Bookings, within My IberostarPRO. 
Please bear in mind that the issued vouchers are only a summary of the contracted services and will not be considered a means of payment under any circumstances. Bookings will only be considered to have been paid for when the total amount has been paid correctly and on time according to the rate conditions and selected payment method previously validated by the Management of Iberostar Hotels & Resorts.

Agency information

It is the responsibility of the agency to ensure that the information provided is correct and up-to-date, and it is the agency manager who must be in charge of keeping said information duly updated.

This information is used to generate invoices and receipts.

You can manage this information as often as you wish in the Preferences section within your agent’s area (My IberostarPRO).
